The toilet had been used and was not flushed and stunk up the whole bathroom.

Turns out there was about a roll of toilet paper flushed and clogging the drain. 

I will be proceeding with a courtroom eviction in this case in order to flush out the bad tenant.Any more thoughts from those of you with experience in evictions, and specifically, Indiana eviction law?

I think you can take the buy the second lien idea and just flush it.

@Peter Grosso   probably the next hundred years will flush this all out.. and most likely most of these Rust belt cities and mid west inner cities will transform over time. 

., the last thing they want is neighbors, in the country...I think we can make some money here, as the land is valueable, but the renting thing has to be flushed from his desires..What do you guys think?
