I continued for a little bit and gained valuable knowledge on the studies of art and math but with not job it was hard to continue to skate to school using up 4 hours to get and 4 hours to come home on school days i didnt really make time to actually follow through with interviews and potential job opportunities because i was to focused on my craft, but One day while skating to see my mom i saw a banner for a job opportunity and applied and told my self if i got called would follow through no matter what.

You can fix most problems with a little time, but if don’t have enough cash to float you by for a little while things get a little stressful and quality of life goes downhill real fast.

We learned this the hard way in JP the first time we turned over a 3bd; left it offline for a month to gut bath and kitchen, ended up not renting it until February (only willing to drop rent so low - we were positioned to float it, just would rather have not - but feedback was all "I don't have roommates yet but I love it..." and we didn't want to match-make, either).
