This lender is probably in the residential niche and is trying to get your business for a loan.

I wish more wholesalers understood wholesaling is a business and not just a fun hobby.

But, primarily my main business is remodel work.

I also reinvest all cashflow back into the business to keep it growing.I started investing in 2021.

Does anyone have any ideas for some investing related side work or know of any investors that need some remote help with their business?
