With high end cell phones now the quality rivals some higher quality cameras.Maybe they use a photog to use software to touch up and make better what the broker/agent took.

I was out of town on a 15 day back country trip with no cell coverage so wife was forced to deal with this solo.  

The tenant and I have always gotten along fine, corresponding via email, text and cell phone.

You can get a cellular router, basically a router that will connect to an AT&T or Verizon cell phone plan.

I’m just switching to TenantCloud now because I can customize the application questions (can’t do that on Cozy) and it has a texting app so I don’t have to give anyone my personal cell # either.

So I hopped on BP and searched "lead propeller" thinking I would see DOZENS of threads - but I got a big fat goose egg. 

Our agent popped open his laptop right there in the driveway to write our offer up, which we docusigned right then and there on our cell phones, still in the driveway of the subject property.

Separate issue though...unless there a way to argue with the lender that flood insurance is not needed...fat chance i assume.Any thoughts?
