Contacted the warranty and as you mentioned they are experts in delays (nothing new here), but I also went ahead and contacted the electrician.Both later mentioned that they never received any call about this issue.

Condos are starting to get condemned, which means people are having to vacate units.I'm telling you right now, I'm a JD (not a practicing attorney) in Florida whose business is being an insurance expert for carriers, working with engineers. 

If he was truly a real company or an expert at this motivated seller craft, he wouldn't be offering you only 20 of them.Don't bother.
