That’s what I was thinking, but just wanted to make sure and ask the more experienced!  

Real estate syndication investing is still quite valuable as it can offer higher Returns than investing in public REITs but not as high returns as direct ownership and management of real estate by some experienced people, but with the benefit of being far more passive, than direct ownership/management.

Only allow inspections after the contract is signed and locked in (if possible).Ultimately, gauge the buyer's credibility—are they responsive, experienced, and able to close?

The other groups I'm in are always reporting the difficulties of getting claims paid for.    

Typically investors with smaller net worths accumen level is not the same as more experienced investors.

I do not have concrete proof that all 30 investors in the group were scammed, but the private group’s name is “JBS—BS” and the link was only sent to supposed victims of the situation which is why I believe it to be true.By my count, there are 19 people (including me) in the group who have been actively messaging about negligence, mishandling of funds, fraud, and residual damages they are experiencing from Jeff.

I suspect you will learn the difficulties of student and rent by room models.
