Hey Bugger Pockets Community,I just finished reading Brandon Turner's book on investing with little to no money down (amazing book btw) and I am interested in knowing what are people's experience with MLO's and seller financing.

I think a great strategy would be to find someone who would like to house hack with you, and maybe even someone with a bit of experience local to the area that you trust and know very well to go in on the deal with you.

What are some other things I should retain to make the landlord experience easier?

Other team members can fill your gaps of experience, lack of credit, etc.Be ok taking a smaller percentage of "something" rather than chasing all of nothing.

Anyone have experience with using Eclipse Capitol Group from Michigan?
