I like areas like North Hilltop, Franklinton, Reeb-Hosack, and Driving park. 

you choose one pay for it and they provide them.What I found out is they just send over the plans with no updates to current codes so we submit then and get check sheets sometimes 3 or 4 and takes 90 days to get approved instead of them understanding the new codes updating the plans before giving them to us.And to be fair to the architect we can send in the same plans and depends on which examiner gets them some will fly through others come back with check sheets that an examiner frustration issue.

I apologize if it comes off as rude, but I really just want to drive the point home. 

Where people want to live will drive rents, revenue, and appreciation. 

Just look around on the roadway as you drive.

I see a few abandoned nursing home type places in rural areas, and always think as I drive by, would a good repurpose of them being senior living, or veteran living, or just plain affordable housing living? 

Actually, it is the President who drives tax policy. there has never been a major tax bill that was not initiated and supported by the President that I can recall.

And then drive and determination and money set aside to live on while you ramp up.

Don't be obnoxious, but a few open ended questions may give you good insight into what your unit may be lacking and what people do like about it, to help drive future upgrades and marketing, and maybe help compensate for a shortcoming in the short term too.
