The good news is we are living a lot longer, the bad news is we are not prepared for it, and the financial and legal services industries are very traditional and slow to evolve.

Luckily we have been in the industry from it’s conception and have followed the constantly evolving law changes in state and aperitif counties.

The landscape of retail is changing and evolving just like any other asset class out there.

Hey @Bob Huggins, you might want to consider moving over to Evolve Vacation as those are all the platforms they are integrated with and have their own reporting platform and owner/manager portal.   

As opposed to handing everything off to a local mgt company or service like Evolve.

You need to be located near food and drug stores to make their lives easier.Once you get seniors into your property it evolves over time and you can then be more selective.

Look at properties, go to auctions, visit other investors deals and ask them to tell you how it evolved and what are the numbers.

Success comes with change, who you associate with will evolve with your business interests.
