Can I enlist them if he moves jobs?

Maybe this is MA only (another reason to consider leaving).I've been using USAA since they first opened to enlisted back in 1996.

If you know a good carpenter/handyman you could enlist their help as a lead man for the project.

I was recently Honorably Discharged from the United States Navy after fulfilling my first enlistment.

Set aside any enlistment bonus payment, hostile fire, combat pay, flight pay, COLA, tax free...whatever you can set aside.

You might want to enlist an appraiser (around $300-350) to perform an appraisal for the property and then send a copy of the appraisal with you next offer. 

If so, perhaps the seller surveying the parcels they are retaining would be an opportunity for you to enlist the same surveyor for a diminished fee because they have already done most of the work.

If you used the TREC lease, be sure you enlisted a Realtor to prepare it or it's voidable.
