@Shawn Westbrook my personal must-haves: skirt board ladder, left-handed hammer, glass hammer, lightning hammer (never strikes the same place twice), wood enlarger, nailing lubricant, and a rip saw with a pull chord.

I think the stack pipe needs to be enlarged".the dude won't know a stack pipe if it hit him in the head.

I don't really want to flip houses I really want to sell houses and find contractors also to enlarge both my profits and his or hers as well.

Would you say this would be an investment as it now enlarges my parcel to 15 acres?

Chad,Installing an egress window in a basement will likely involve enlarging the existing window opening; digging a window well and tying it into the French drain; and, if deep enough, installing a ladder in your well.

I'll try to enlarge closets and upgrade laundry areas and such.

I have friends who are blind, they scan documents in a computer to make the printed word audible or use a device that enlarges documents to the point where they can read them.

Always look to open up spaces and add, or enlarge, windows.
