Most people outside the profession don’t understand the time and capital it takes to make a project come to fruition.Before a single piece of equipment touches the ground, there are years of government meetings, environmental and site assessments, engineering studies, etc.Each step requires significant time, effort, and capital investment.But when done right, it creates a ton of value and transforms communities, which is why I love it.

Good causes for eviction include not paying rent, interfering with a neighbor's right to quiet enjoyment, criminal activity, living conditions that impact the safety of others or damage the property, etc.I argue it's more than just a BS term, it's Social Engineering.

That doesn't give them what they need.If it needs a stamp by a licensed Architect or Engineer, that cost would be additional.

Denver is an attractive metro for a few reasons, so I downloaded monthly price and rent growth at the zip code level from Zillow’s public housing data.I then used a ranking algorithm to sort the top 10 zip codes for investing based on monthly average price growth and monthly average rent growth (both by percent growth), from 2019-2024.
