Tom Krol's interview on BiggerPockets was the first one I watched, so bc he was "endorsed" by BP who is against get rich quick schemes and expensive gurus I am wondering if any of you have been mentored by his program? 

We can't endorse businesses here, but a quick google map search reveals only one or two highly-rated options.

That's weird because Stewart's virtual underwriter website provides a Georgia form “foreclosure due process endorsement” when certified by Tax Title Services.
