Since their project is running longer than anticipated they can't speak to the ROI yet and whether they're going to make the return that was projected / advertised.

If you lease allows, you can also make it electronic. 

We have one unit that advertises a charger and I don't think it's ever been used.

Why are attorneys advertising their services for evictions all the time?

Basically, lots of low quality leads when BP advertises the program on social media such as LinkedIn or PPC. 

I had an advertising agreement on file with them for the last 2 years.

Many so-called "income properties" don't produce nearly the kinds of returns we see advertised on the internet. 

a platform advertised for on the BP podcast...I have recently adopted it and am aggressively working through prior years' data to get the most out of the system.

They do have other options that you can add-on, such as electronic inspection reports, mailing services and e-lease (this one is included if you're a Pro member which I am not) but I haven't found the need for any of those services yet.
