Here is a link to the NC summary ejectment form, although as I've said before I don't own MHP where land is the rented component so therefore don't know first hand details on the process since I've never evicted with this type of property.

It's now a year later and all that has been done that I know of is he served her with a 60 day ejection notice last July, then a letter which she had 20 days to respond to in January which she didn't.

When I was on vacation the out of the country the Saturday after this past Thanksgiving, a tenant called me because the 1st floor toilet was overflowing and she didn't know what to do; there was a sewer line blockage and the basement washing machine was trying to empty so the ejector pit was now ejecting through the first floor toilet...

The locks and door jambs on these properties appear damaged and/or broken, and the padlock is probably in place to keep out the homeless or thieves.So my question is this, if a tax DEED property has obviously been abandoned, but is secured, can you take immediate possession of said property by removing the lock, taking plywood of the windows, etc, without an ejectment action?
