It's a manual process but allows us to view all business-related financials in 1 place.We've also found QBO has superior reporting features, integration features, and is overall more efficient to work within than other REI-specific software.

With low inventory, this is a more efficient approach than targeting specific areas, IMHO! 

If your hvac contractor tries to sell you a new furnace by telling you it’s more efficient and over one you may save money via energy savings, less repairs, etc that’s fair.

I just want to know the most efficient way to reach these owners.

The problem in my opinion is not that we don't have enough land to build on, it's that we are not using the land that we have efficiently.
