I am looking to invest ideally south of North Miami (which includes Miami Shores / Biscayne Park), North of Coral Way (which includes Brickell / Downtown Miami) and East of Allapattah (which includes Wynwood and Midtown). 

We just finished up one downtown Indy that is already doing so well because of the colorful design! 

The port Authority has just begun construction on a new Business district located up by Pangborn Airport.There is a large road project building a second bridge over the Wenatchee River to downtown to help with future traffic flow the project's estimated cost is over $92,000,000.A secondary Road Project is also happening on the south end of Wenatchee Ave.

I am doing my own due diligence but would appreciate advice from others in the local area given all the new supply that has come on recently and still to come in the Nashville metro area.My understanding is that this submarket is not that affluent but there is a lot of development going on, is right “in the path of progress” and would offer an experience for Class A renters that is unique from all the downtown development.

I have property near downtown. 

You have a lot of quality renters there because of the fact that there's a large demand to be close to downtown.

Hello Everyone - I am wondering what everyone knows or thinks about rental market in Reno Nevada - near Truckee River and downtown Reno. 

Each time I go there is a new massive residential building, downtown major renovations, Amazon with 2 mill + sq ft, Shewing Williams new 40 story building being built in the heart of the city and so much more.

Our highest bidder, a downtown-based construction GC business, could not tell us what grade of lumber was quoted, would not share what brand of garage doors they used ("local vendors"), would not identify their steel beam and column supplier or water service vendor.
