My website will be utilized to display recent rehabs, apt’s for rent and give a web presence for my business.

I'm looking at a fully wallpaper and carpeted house that needs a full cosmetic rehab.

Windemere Properties at Lake Las Vegas had these cool displays that were basically electronic MLS Flyers... it sort of looked like several iPads strung together, each "iPad" displaying a property flyer.

Wallpaper needs to be removed and needs new paint.

I’m not really concerned with being recorded, the worst thing I’ve done is trash-talk design features that drive me crazy, like painted brick, farmhouse sinks, carpeting in the bathroom and floral wallpaper.  

Would like to remove carpet/put in hardwood or vinyl and the wallpaper needs to be taken down.

There is 1960's wall paper on the walls in the kitchen and the flooring needs to be replaced. 

So many have all the VIP stuff in such small font yet display their large 'ego icons' such that I don't even bother trying to read the rest of it. 

I explained it in the optional description but apparently that isn’t displayed anywhere.....
