Dishes and food in the sink, a spill (perhaps soda) that's deteriorated a good portion of the kitchen floor. 

When the road deteriorates it will likely affect the value of your property.

I could see another company stepping in to a variation of the Vacation Rental market, but not something that offers the identical product... hence why we see the deterioration of HomeAway, Flipkey, etc.

If they did not obtain a geo survey and the repairs deteriorated this quickly...I just wouldn't touch it. 

No one wants to look out of their front window while cooking dinner and see a deteriorated house immediately across the street.

Hello -Foreclosed & abandoned home in my Knoxville neighborhood, been vacant 5+ years now and is deteriorating quickly.

I watched them literally come apart and physically deteriorate for half my life.

All I asked was if this is something that the tenant should pay for since it was a relatively new door and the tenant just allowed it to deteriorate to where a door, which is pretty new, now needs to be replaced.. probably.I do not appreciate your accusations or kander.
