While you might not think it, you are investing in your future by becoming a dentist. 

Are you going to a dentist that has an office between a pawn shop and an adult video store or are you going to the dentist in a nice office park?

Audrey there is NO PRIVATE money at those terms or rates.. this is simply a pump and dump up front fee scam.. forget about finding private money like this it SIMPLY does not exist.and if they are advertising it .. its not private money its a HML scenario.. or a lending companyprivate money is your dentist your doctor your librarian your parents your uncle your grandmother.. some one you know well.

Hi Rick, you want to talk to doctors and dentists and business people in your sphere of influence ( friends, family, church, soccer team) that want to invest to make 6% to 7% safely on their money.

I met my wife right before graduating and knew that being with her would mean staying put in Utah (both her whole family and mine are all here) which unfortunately is very heavily saturated with dentists.

Started with family, then extended family and friends, business associates, my dentist, my real estate agent, and so on.

The one I was looking at, the hospital nearby was looking at it for a standalone mental health facility so maybe talk to facility managers at local hospitals and see if they have space needs for anything.Other good ideas I turned up were immediate care, dentists, veterinarians and alternative medicine practices.

My Dad (dentist, retired in 2015) began building rent homes in the early 90s as his retirement plan. 

My husband is a dentist, so we feel comfortable having the practice as a tenant and we understand the market rates for that type of space.  

For my area, this includes young school teachers, non-tenured professors at local colleges/universities, police officers, office staff at professional services (e.g. lawyer, doctors, dentists, CPAs), and younger, inexperienced professionals as well.
