Anyway thinking for a bit we will continue on this path and look for more old houses but, of course, the price has to be right vs the amount of work that has to be done.

Places like Texas where you’re at will likely continue to face significant insurance increases given more weather related events which makes it challenging To pencil, but if you have good population growth, things should even out.

Whether you go with an LLC or continue to own the property in your name, having good liability coverage is always recommended.

I believe Hawaii will continue regulating STR and it will be harder to make the numbers work.
