Don’t accept, “Oh, I keep that confidential,” for an answer.

I am adding the paragraph about commissions that is in the "Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement" this is the brokers title.

All that to say that it may seem like the Flipping option would be a good fit, since I'm confident I could remodel any part of a house. 

You only need that part of the Operating Agreement that pertains to authorizations to act, powers and you don't need to make other parts available that are confidential to members, ie. % of income distributions.

It is confidential so personal info should not get out.

When I called the assessor's office the lady I spoke to said that the site didn't include this information because it was confidential, but she could give me the information for any particular address over the phone.
