If we can agree that relative to utility and performance an electric vehicle is much more attractive to a user/consumer, then we have to concede that the only limitation is the price.

My realtor made the point that if the seller concedes this on moving the mobile home, that will be money they probably won't concede elsewhere in the deal (like by lowering the purchase price, etc.).This would be our second purchase with a VA loan.

Personally I have never had to pay taxes on any of my RE holdings.Yes, I have already conceded that in the scenario you describe, you do eventually catch up.
