My next step is to open a company in the United States, most likely in the state of Nevada.

So far, I've reached out to a company called Lloyd Security who appear to be able to help with wifi surveillance and access panel.   

I worked with the franchise owner of a H&R Block for about 25 years while he owned the franchise and this company bills tax returns by the addition.

I use $2500 to pay expenses and save what's left in a fund for repairs etc...So I can count on approx 5K/month in gross income. 

I sometimes wonder if people just feel lazy dumping their money into an index fund in the stock market and actually using all that free time to go out and live life.

Ideally, you layout all the duties (Find, Underwrite, fund, rehab, manage) and assign a value to each of those based on how much time they might take. 

We have a property management company and real estate brokerage. 

You just need the right funding to make it happen.
