The data is pretty accurate on Air Dna, but you should still confirm with boots on the ground. 

If you're doing long term BRRRR deals someone better know the numbers or have boots on the ground to make sure OOS projects are getting done correctly and within budget.

Better yet, find a boots on the ground partner.

That being said, you are only as good as your boots on the ground is in any given location.

@Carolyn Mazzola unless I'm missing something, appears you are confusing Property Management Software (PMS) with a Property Management Company (PMC).PMCs employ PMS to better manage properties & tenants.If you invest OOS, who will be your boots on the ground?

They get tax free BAH money, if they don’t pay you call their commanding officer and they will put the boot in them.

Having boots on the ground with an STR can make or break the guest experience, as well as preventative maintenance and quality upkeep of your unit.
