With the VA Vendee financing program VRMCO is just hired to do the marketing and field the offers but is ultimately the VA that decides on accepting or turning down the offer?

You have places like the Ukraine and Russia where hacking is a life career and these countries would happily see the US fail.  

Removing or lowering those LLPA's would level the playing field in terms of pricing, but making investment property loans more affordable is not going to help decrease prices. 

You will quickly learn the ropes, earn a good paycheck, and determine whether this is a career path you want to pursue.

All of my properties are in LLCs and pretty much have been for my entire career.

But due to spending so long in grad school and having one income and a much lower salary for most of my career, I feel behind on retirement.
