I would only be in Cincinnati for that entire calendar year and then return to Charlotte to my primary home.

By definition he has to consider short term rental since there are less than 31 days left in the calendar year.

I'm guessing you're in the slow season right now, but for the future, your calendar will already be set up that way.If you're posting on other sites like Furnished Finder, I'd post it as active about 1.5-2 months before you want the tenant.

in our bigger years in the late 60s and early 70's it was not uncommon for my dad to sell over 1000 lots in a calendar year... buy them at tax sale for 50.00 dollars sell them for 299 cash  or sell them on terms 100 down 50 a month and maybe sell them for 1000.... this has played out in virtually every state west of TExas and florida as you probably aware.Its a fun business but far more to it and buyers are much thiner these days.
