Hello,I have a tenant that has an expiring lease in at the end of August and she doesn't want me to show the house while she is living there, even though my lease says otherwise.Back story: About a 2 months ago the tenants came to me saying they were planing to break their lease early because her boyfriend is moving for a new job.

I have a renter who wants to get an outside dog for protection because her boyfriend is going to be working out of town off and on. 

No good.One of my workers rents the other side of the duplex "cousin" lives in, and they've called the police on this "cousin" and her children multiple times for noise disturbances, threats (from the mother and her boyfriend), and vandalization (the kids ripped my my workers vegetable garden and threw the veggies onto his porch!).

I currently live with my boyfriend at his moms house, but she has recently been driving us insane with all her complaining hahah so we have decided that we want to move out.

The police show up about 6am and my boyfriend and I started our wait for them at 3 or 3:30am.
