The Covelli Center has truly brought new life to Youngstown, a gorgeous new Hilton was built nearby, and they've recently broken ground on an outdoor amphitheater.

I enjoy good company of friends and family, outdoors and learning new things.

We have all the outdoor stuff you are looking for with lower property costs than the front range Denver area - and better weather.

Ogden, Layton, Bountiful would be better for me.

I love the Marietta area because its close enough to the city to have things to do but it is a quick shot just a few minutes from parks and outdoor space.

But they would not, in a million years, consider moving to the Midwest even though they frequently visit for outdoor activities/road trips.

Great weather, no state income tax/corporate tax, tons to do, limited traffic, great outdoors activity, close to L.A

So for a 2-story house with a basement unit (combined for a total of 2 units) with a market value of $550,000 that also has 6 parking spots, 3 indoor and 3 outdoor I should be able to collect a total of $5,500 monthly rent?
