I wish the paper work reduction act would be real and they would move to post -card taxes-- the complexities are just mind boggling..

I echo all the comments about confusing and mind-boggling categories. 

@Jerryll Noorden you may feel that way because CT is the 'list', the amount of distressed inventory in Hartford and the sorrounding area is mind boggling.

So the loan won't fund and record until 3 days after the official close date.It boggles my mind how many loan officers and Realtors don't keep their clients updated.

I'm here to learn, and I have already learned so much its mind boggling.

Even what they call A/A+ space boggles my mind sometimes, the quality of the finishes and craftsmanship is sub-par sometimes IMO when you really look up close.

IMHO the major part of that appreciation already happened.I have family that lives in Lawrenceville and it is mind boggling what properties are selling for right now.

Every time someone wants to get sophisticated with little houses it boggles the mind the quantity of potential problems with financing, insuring, title insurance, etc that could be deemed invalid when transferring an asset out of one's name into an entity.   

Previously distressed neighborhoods are mind bogglingly quickly transforming into spectacular medical/technology hubs.
