Even a policeman told me this but I found many recent court cases where owners are forced to demolish the unregistered terrace.

Most of my travel nurse / medical professional bookings have come from Furnished Finder but the other sites usually appeal to other tenant types like digital nomads, relocating families, etc.  

Just make sure to give notice or confirm her claim on possession so she cannot use it against you later in court. 

By the time an Inspector shuts down a project, and the homeowner goes to court/city/judge/whatever.....there is wasted time and money.As we all agree, just get a permit (if it is required) and do things right. :-) Even if you win the war, loosing the battle can easily wipe out all your profits and more.Think about that recent CA AirBnB case where the lady was in the guest house for almost 2 years with no rent?  

If venue was changed to Texas not sure how fast those courts work..

It can also be probably fight in court if this is a monopolistic practice if you think about it but who will want to fight it :D.  

Their ads are very appealing to new investors and those interested in turnkey (like myself).

Covid hit family rentals hard; many landlords are still waiting for their day in eviction court, or have properties that are completely wrecked after nonperforming tenants vacated.

If none of the above was done, then I would reach out and see what can be done to mitigate and keep it out of court to make the people happy.
