By your own admission this is what is called FRAUD BY INDUCEMENT.Typical for FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS!

A reputable title company should not be working so closely (by Phoenix Home Buyers Club's own admission, they give Title Alliance of Phoenix an incredible amount of business) with an industry that misleads people about their most precious investment.
