BRRRR is a great strategy, and the Midwest can be a good region to invest in.

They do not want to work from home every day, but also do not want to make the long commute to the office.Thus, it seems to me that there is good reason to believe that small office spaces, including for small local/regional firms, services firms, and co-working spaces near large suburbs will see a steady increase in demand with little net new supply for the next several years.

Since you have me on a rant now: the Great Lakes region is considered a climate heaven: our winters are getting milder, our summers are awesome, we have not hurricanes, fires, earthquakes or other recurring disasters.

My biggest hurdle to overcome is the fact that I work a job that requires me to move every couple months regionally in the south east, currently working this job to learn construction and it allows me to also put away more into saving then most.
