@Rhea Wu Here in Connecticut we have cold winters, electric heat in my experience as an agent and an investor is that tenants don't have an issue with electric heat for a 1 bedroom, small 2 bedroom, or studio because the apartments are generally smaller and they like the convenience of only getting one bill.
