Good morning this is Wagner Nolasco, and i just became aware of all the concerns on this website, I have been communication with a lot of the names listed here.

I am curious to know what other marketing websites and strategies you employ when listing your rentals.  

There is not chart, there is a website called Vyzer that tracks this if you are an investor and use their platform.I know this does not give you a specific answer of XYZ, but I hope this helpsPS:As a moderator I am not employed by BP but volunteer to moderate the posts to make sure they meet community guidelines. 

I posted the loan details from the CU's website below.Are there any pros or cons when looking to pull out equity in a year or so to go on to the next project?

It blows quickbooks out of the water with ease of use and I can do the class tracking that the basic $20 a month quickbooks was lacking.There's a phone app also, I just added it to my phone, so I'm not sure how much I will use it yet other than for reference as opposed to opening the website for details.

I only find this interesting because she spends her days commenting on Marco Island posts.She proceeds to send me a long private message saying that she found me on a "scammer website".  

Playing around with the deal analyzer on the website, it seems like this would be somewhat unheard of.
