Hello REI, I currently own a home in Modesto (VA loan @ 4.6%).

Using a VA loan for a second property, where I’d move in and rent out my current home.When I made an offer on a fixer-upper (I didn’t win that bid), the loan officer mentioned it might be difficult to convince the underwriter why I’d need another VA loan for a second property in the same area, especially since the new home is almost identical to my current one (same size, age, school district, etc.).

Three of them are with my VA loan.

I have 3 deals going in Loudoun county VA that national builders are buying our lots and when I was there going through existing developments its was full speed ahead  Toll Brothers on one project probably had 40 up and running some i am sure are presold..

I live in Virginia and usually only pay around $250 per window for replacement in my flips. 

Some examples include Kansas, Indiana, Ohio, Iowa, Oklahoma, Tennessee, West Virginia, etc.

In addition to store closures, LL Flooring is liquidating a large distribution center in Virginia.
