The pool contractor who was asked to work at the first season Vanilla Ice Project house (in the high-end Wellington community of Versailles, which at the time was rife with foreclosures) refused to work for free, so someone had to pay for some of big-money goodies we saw in each show.Led by the phony and exposed House Hunters, HGTV's entire slate of "reality" shows are a scam and insult to viewers.

It's great for SEO purposes to see whats working and where the viewers are coming from.I'd like to see how that can be implemented here, giving us the ability to see where our success is coming from so we can consistently improve it.

But BP you have to remember there are 200k viewers here that are just beginning...and some of this stuff is like giving a 6 year old a loaded gun.. then there are others that are just plain crooks and we don't need to feed those trollsAnd of course if the sellers credit is already trashed then it does not matter.there was a group of investors here in Oregon that followed one of the Guru advices on doing sub too's and they were good at it amassing 35 of them..
