YUP nightmare client would tell them to find someone else.. not loyal thinks they know it all and what kind of real estate coach makes this kind of absolute rookie sounding post. weird.

Moreover, having a mentor or some sort of coach is an absolute must-have, in my opinion, if you're just starting out. 

Without coaches, without gurus, without any other resources, they simply saved some money, bought a property, managed it as best they could, and held it for 30+ years. 

Now that we've sold the first business my wife coaches other dog-walking business across the country (and some in Canada) how we did what we did.

(Obviously in Vegas we have zero siding or roof expenses so your mileage may vary.)Good luck.

Another time I was part of a team that paid him for a coaching call and when it was over everyone was really upset, because all he did was talk about himself.

The coaching program is a scam. 

Coaching fee's, which could be the most expensive aspect in a RE course alone would run you in 1000's for an 6 or 8 week program.What you put out in service will come back to you exponentiallyYou know who you are...thank you... everyone.
