I am interested in the Sunapee area myself, love the idea of being next to a ski mountain and a lake.

This lowers the energy bill for the tenant as they will use the window a/c units much less.Since it’s near the lake, it gets pretty humid and stuffy and air circulation is a tremendous help.It’s also much quieter, which is good as that area is relatively peaceful. 

We are booking out now and should be full up for the most part by April.Our lake house isn't in as well traveled area as yours so it is hard to compare, but maybe ask AirBNB how their search impressions are calculated.

Seeing as we are in Idaho on Lake Coeur d'Alene it is pretty easy to create comfortable and homey space.

This property has been great, and while our traffic in Nashville in 2020 was extremely low due to COVID, the mountains, lakes and beaches have been booked solid - with people looking for regional vacations they can drive to.Things are picking up in a big way in Nashville, still not back to normal, but picking up nonetheless...

I have been looking up a lot of properties in Northern Salt Lake County and Southern Davis County for a good move in and rent out other property and also a trailer to pay cash for to save money for down payment on a second place and etc.
