Eagle is a small town (pop. 7000). 

But the silver lining is that there are more than enough off-market deals to be had here: many at or around sub30k (all-in).That's my focus as a wholesaler.

I started out by the airport (my dad was a pilot) and ended up out by Eagle.

He examined the second-floor bathroom, where silver faucets were offset by walls painted in a “toasted almond” color, a pairing seen in many Starwood Waypoint homes because the firm purchases those items in bulk.

My wife and I found our perfect country home on acreage outside of Silverton, Oregon (Silver Falls State Park and Oregon Gardens tourism - near Salem and south/southeast of Portland).

Sorry you've got to put up with this frustration but perhaps in the long run, they'll be a silver lining that you can't see just yet.
