Registered agent is in case you need to be served legal papers, they will accept them on your behalf unless you would want to be served at your home or work, and technically it must be a place where you are available between working hours.

And it needs 40k in work and the ARV is 55k.Project cost = 50k - 60kARV = 55kThere's no profit margin for a lender to feel comfortable even thinking about a loan.The problem with these micro price points is that almost no lender wants to even be bothered with them.I always tell people if you have 30k, then you can do a low price point deal in a market from Pittsburgh to Indy.

It should not take 9 months to train someone, it should take a week or two at most and for part of that they should be independent.As for needy tenants-is it truly most of them being needy or do the units need work (and as a result of lots of maintenance requests) or a few people being problems?
