I’m open to either a townhouse or a single-family home, but I’m definitely trying to steer clear of any crazy HOAs that eat into cash flow (you know what I’m talking about!).

I’d try my best to be outside the beltway in Baltimore county, generally the nicer areas, I tend to especially like Towson, lutherville, even parkville is a good value. 

I am currently in the market to purchase a tri-plex with the plan to live in one unit, make upgrades, and rent the other two out.

Geez, I'm just trying to get a second look at my math for the current situation.

I definitely want to build a team I’m just still trying to figure out how to begin with that though.

If you haven’t tried it yet, what’s holding you back?

I have done quite a few BRRRRs, but i would be hesitant to try a remote BRRRR.- in this higher rate market, i find BRRRRs to be challenging because after a high LTV refinance the units have negative cash flow.  

Plus now they are trying to pass the buck with regards to the the STAR rebate we get here in NY state (if eligible and applied for).
