Homes are clearly outdated and need things taken care of like lead paint, new windows, paint, etc. 

My last several have been belly to belly with the seller, no agents, so my data may be like me - dusty and outdated :)

It will certainly include some outdated info, but more times than not it includes what I'm looking for.
