Also consider that not even universities let college kids live unsupervised... they have the RA who they have to literally pay to be bad cop and keep everyone from doing stupid things.

If the zoning is RA you get 1 house per 2 acres RE 1 house per acre RR 1 house per 1/2 acre.

That could mean taking a college job that pays for housing (RA, etc.), living with your parents, or (if you have the savings for it) house hacking (i.e. buying a house and taking on enough roommates to pay for the mortgage, property taxes, etc.).Next, I would figure out how you can make some money while still in school. 

As a RA with AZ if the numbers work do you still think its a good idea? 

Charlie Nghiem how about if you get an fha with 3.5% down only and rollover the closing cost to the loan AND find a property to flip with only cosmetics fix.L E V E R A G E could be great here because you can do two things with that money.Good luck man!
