Other states it may depend on the State law if the LLC itself is treated as community property, which may very due to circumstances, for example if the LLC was formed before or after the marriage.

One thing to remember is everyone's life changes,  your friends may have job changes, life changes - marriage, or whatever.. your still on the mortgage and still responsible for the property.

But if you want to add some conflict to your marriage, then try to force your husband to participate in this new venture of yours.

I believe the statistic is that most renters move every 18 months due to job change, divorce, marriage, whatever.
