Lowe's has a set of Porter Cable cordless tools that is 130-150 depending on the sale that has a drill/driver, circular saw, sawzall, and flashlight - it's been great for me.

I think that is a possibility for this tenant, but probably more likely would be a young professional couple with no kids, a couple with kids at Porter Gaud, a medical doctor at MUSC, or the law school, or a group of three C of C kids.

@Joey Noel, in my opinion, it's best to do both if you are able.Crowdfunding is indeed a passive investment, so it requires less effort on your part.
