To effectively ramp up and learn as a real estate investor, which of the options do you think is best and why for someone starting out:1. learning through professional coaching where multiple calls are setup with an expert2. learning through becoming a money partner in a JV partnership with an expert that is active in the partnership3. not considering coaching nor JV by learning through solo action as an individual Some examples of effective learning to me are:- understanding a particular market and its fundamentals- learning how to force appreciation through rehab and renovation which includes interfacing with general contractors and understanding city requirements for say a duplex conversion- finding off-market deals without spending too much money- placing offers on deals with the aim to close

I'm very serious about my pursuits and am looking to interface and network with successful wholesalers in the Madison County area who have had success in the wholesaling field.Looking forward to meeting those here in Huntsville and to reading the fantastic posts/information here on BP!

Interface with multiple RE platformsI don't see these with your web pages, What sets your product apart from the rest ?

@Anthony DeMichael @Landon Moore I've also interfaced with Ron Saulnier during a deal, he was great.

I feel that "program interface" gets in the way since I can see what I what faster and cleaner on my Excel sheets or summary sheets. 

Currently looking at Estated or Attom Data, but leaning toward Estated.Estated's API is cheaper, has simple API documentation and a user friendly interface for testing the API outputs.

Everything from the paperwork, to underwriting, and online interface is much easier to use.  

@Brie Schmidt - another factor could be the interface.

There are a lot of friction points in the app and the user interface boasts unclear menu navigation.

Netgear's have probably the easiest user interface for setting those up but we recently installed Google WiFi in our own home and that could probably be set up by my 5-year old it was so easy (but a lot more expensive).
