Add that to the insight you've already seen on the post re the challenges of the refi, needing to vet the HOA health, understanding the HOA covenants (particularly related to rentals)....keep kissing more frogs until you find a better princess.

You don't use any kind of wall anchor, that is for hollow walls and light weight;Stud finders are notoriously inaccurate; knock on the wall to find the studs or start from the corner and measure 16" out and 24" out and look for studs at those locations, they should be close.

Here are some examples:Example 1- A hollow core door or doors which do not contain fire rated glass must be replaced with a solid wood door flush at 1 3/4" to 1 3/4" which equals the equivalent of a 15 minute fire rating.
