Would you pay mortgage, insurance, and water through the business account, then personal expenses like electric and cable through your personal account?

More water consumption, more electric consumption, in one property I even include internet and cable which I expect the internet to exceed the 2TB usage cap if the tenants are Netflix and chilling 24/7.I have not yet reached out to my tenants about rent yet. 

My own town only has a population of 800 but half the town now has access to cable internet.

I'll probably discontinue trash, cable and internet at some of my bigger properties. 

Further, there's around 20 items on autopay, newspapers, cable, internet, phone, medical insurance, etc.

I know our cable provider has a program that because I am a subscriber it throws me around to all their networks if I want and many places have their local guest to auto hook to.

If you want cable TV, it is extra... however, obviously you can bundle it for a deal.
