Currently, a plan for Maps 3 is being laid out that, if approved, could provide for such things as light rail, a new convention center, etc.The crosstown elevated highway is also being torn down and moved south, and a street-level boulevard built in it's place.

The 2% rule would tell you it would need to be priced at $240,000 to make money.Making one unit accessible might not be that much extra, unless you're talking elevators or that sort of thing.No numbers were attached.

This is elevated just because we wont do any contracts that are not $200 or more.-$120 If other projects in the house being done by amerikotes process and combined are 200 or more, add difference to 120 if the other jobs and the 120 still dont equal 200.
